Apple Fitness + is now officially available in the United States, marking the launch of the company's latest subscription service. Fitness + offers a variety of guided workouts as well costs $ 9,99 per month or $ 79,99 per year.
Apple Fitness +, the new subscription for training
At the time of launch, the service includes several workouts divided into 10 categories: High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), bodyweight exercises, yoga, dance, core, cycling, treadmill (for both running and walking), rowing and mindfulness exercises for relaxation.
To use Apple Fitness + you need to have a Apple Watch Series 3 or newer, updated to watchOS 7.2. You will then need to have a iPhone 6S or newer, with the latest iOS 14.3 update. You can also take advantage of the subscription via iPad and Apple TV, updated respectively to iPadOS and tvOS 14.3.
Once your devices have been updated, Fitness Plus can be accessed via a new tab in theFitness workout app, pre-installed inside the iPhone. From iPad, however, you will need to download the Fitness app from the Store, while Apple TV users will find the application installed once they update to tvOS 14.3.

Apple Watch owners can get one one month free trial for the new service, while those who purchase a new Apple Watch Series 3 or newer will enjoy three months free. A single Fitness + subscription can be shared with up to six users via the Family sharing service, and is included in the subscription Apple One Premier, which is also currently only available for the United States.
