Nowadays there is really an app for everything, even for looking for a job and if you allow me a few minutes of your precious time I will provide you with all the ones that in my opinion represent the best in the category.
In fact, below you will find a slew of app for jobs that you can download and install immediately on your smartphone or tablet, Android, iOS or Windows Phone, and that you can start using immediately to find the job that suits you best. To use them, don't worry, you don't need to have particular technical skills in IT and new technologies. Just download them, start them, provide the requested info and it's done. In short, a real convenience!
Ah, I almost forgot, of course, in case you need it in the future, you can use the apps in question to also insert job advertisements. Even in this case, it is an extremely simple procedure to perform and for which it is not essential to be a geek. All clear? Yup? Very well, then let's ban the chatter and move on. InfoJobs (Android/iOS/Windows Phone)
The first job app I want to suggest you use is InfoJobs. It's free, it's available for Android, iOS, and Windows Phone, and it's super easy to use. It has beautiful graphics and offers all the useful tools to identify the most suitable job advertisements for your professional profile. You ask me how to use it? I'll explain it to you right away.
To begin with, download and start the app on your device and then immediately create your account to take advantage of the service. If you are using an Android device, just tap on Sign Up and fill in all the required fields by entering the information requested and following the instructions on the screen. On iOS, however, you must first click on the item CV down, then up Start session and subsequently on Are you new here? sign in.
Once registration is complete, InfoJobs will send an email to the specific email address during registration. You open it and click on the link inside it to confirm the creation of the account.
Then go to the main InfoJobs screen and log in to the service by filling in the login fields on the screen. At this point, if you are using Android, press the button with the three lines horizontally on the left, then up Search for offers and then on the button Search. If you are using iOS, you can tap directly on the item Search which is at the bottom left and on the empty field in the center of the screen that is shown to you.
Then enter the type of job you are interested in and start the search. If you want, you can also narrow your search and make it more precise by using the filters. On Android you just need to enter the place and category of use you are looking for in the appropriate fields by tapping on the button Search for offers, while on iOS you have to press the button with the three indicators at the top right, take advantage of the options offered to you and then press on Apply filters.
So scroll through the search results and when you find an ad that you think may interest you, presses on its title, read all the details and, if it really convinces you, press the button Submit your application on Android or that Sign up your iOS to apply. You will then be able to manage all the applications you have decided to write to by going to the section Apply of the app.
To be able to attract the attention of various companies and possible employers, I also suggest you fill out your curriculum vitae on the app by entering as much information as possible. To do this, press on the item CV which is at the bottom and enter the required info in the various fields attached to the new screen. To save the changes, just tap on the item Save.
Monster (Android/iOS)
When it comes to job search applications it is practically impossible not to name Monster. It is a very simple tool to use, capable of offering real possibilities to find a job able to fully satisfy one's own needs. The application is free and can be downloaded on both Android and iOS.
To use it, download it and start it on your device, then sign up for the service to immediately start looking for a job. So stop on the button SUBSCRIBE, fill in the various fields that are proposed to you and confirm your willingness to sign up for an account by tapping on Sign Up. Then follow the instructions shown on your device's display.
If you prefer it or if you still need to speed up the registration procedure, you can log in with Facebook by simply tapping on the appropriate button.
Once logged in, you will find yourself in front of the section Search ads application. Then enter in the field Title / Keyword the type of occupation you are looking for, indicate the geographical area in which you intend to carry out your search and tap the button Research to be able to immediately view all available jobs that meet your criteria. Then scroll through the various ads until you find the one you are interested in, then select it and press the green button Nominees to send your application immediately.
Even in this case, to make it easier for the referring companies or employers who placed the ad to notice you, I suggest you attach your CV to your profile. To do this, tap on the icon with the three horizontal lines located at the top left of the application screen and then press the icon Curriculum Vitae. Another great job app that I suggest you use is Indeed. It is free and can be used on both Android and iOS. unlike the apps I have already told you about, it is configured as a sort of search engine for job advertisements and not as a median tool to respond to those that have been entered through the platform. In short, a sort of Google for the world of work! By doing a search with Indeed you can in fact find the job advertisements published through the most disparate web portals. Worthy of note is also its ease of use and its captivating and immediate user interface at the same time.
Using the application is so simple that there would be no need to explain how to proceed. In any case, after downloading and starting the app on your device, you can immediately start your search among the applications by tapping on the item Log in without an account, then typing the type of occupation you are looking for, the reference company or a quassi keyword in the field above, entering the location (if it is not automatically detected or if the one already entered is not correct) in the second empty field and then tapping on the button Search Job.
At this point, you will find yourself in front of the page with the search results. If at first glance you can't find anything that convinces you, press the button Refine which is at the top to further refine your search by applying special filters. When you find an ad that interests you, click on it, carefully read all the details of the same and click on the button Apply easily which is below.
At this point, you will have to choose whether to create your own curriculum through the service and therefore register for it or whether to upload your own external CV. In the first case, type your e-mail address in the two fields under the heading Haven't posted your CV on Indeed yet? and stop on Continue. In the second case, stop on the button instead Upload resume that you find under the heading Apply with another CV and fill out the form that is proposed to you on the screen, taking care to select the document to send by taking it directly from your device.

In fact, the service integrates a section dedicated to this which is constantly updated and which is also very popular. In short, as they say, trying doesn't hurt! The download is free.
- LinkedIn (Android / iOS) - This is the number one app of the social network dedicated to the world of work. Very useful for making new contacts at a working level, for looking for job offers and for inserting new ones. To use it you need to create an ad hoc profile and possibly it is also possible to subscribe to premium plans (for a fee) excellent for recurting and to obtain greater visibility. The download and use of the basic version are free.
- CornerJob (Android / iOS) - Very good app to use both to search and to offer work that unlike the others also offers login via Facebook and also integrates a chat system to get in touch privately with companies or, in case of insertion of a job offer, with the various candidates. It's free.
- Freelancer (Android / iOS) - If, on the other hand, you are a freelance worker and are looking for a new job, I recommend that you download this excellent app useful for this purpose.
