Android 7.0 Nougat is finally out, and we will find it gradually in the various compatible Smartphones around the world. However, some of the features that everyone wanted are not present, and we hope they will be introduced in the future. What functions are we talking about? Here they are:
Restart the mobile. This function depends on the mobile phone, but those with a Nexus can understand what is meant by "Reboot". In fact, the Android Stock version (i.e. the one not customized by Samsung, Sony and so on) only has the function to turn off the Smartphone, as was done practically once. If there's anything Android N needs, it's just an option to restart everything ...
Night mode. This, on the other hand, is a more general matter. In the previews of Android Marshmallow and Nougat this mode has always been present, which allows us to read the screen with less effort in dark places or in dim light, but every time in the full version it is eliminated. Android N even had a mode to filter the screen like some apps like Twilight do, with a time system as well. Too bad it is gone.
Improve the management of Backups. Something that has not been improved in Nougat is precisely the management of Backups, which although it has improved in Marshmallow there are still some defects that have remained unsolved, such as the bug of not restoring saved data for a specific program that we decide to reinstall. This is more of an issue that perhaps hopefully will be resolved with further Patches.
More convenient uninstallation. Ok, let's admit that the installation of the Apps has finally been completely improved with the possibility of installing everything in bulk instead of piece by piece… but the uninstallation is still inconvenient and must be optimized with third-party Apps. Sometimes we have to search the Play Store or even in the apps installed under the settings, and this is simply annoying.
