Using the Amazon Counter service is very simple: After completing the order on Amazon.it or Amazon.co.uk, customers will be able to proceed with the payment and then select the most convenient Counter collection point according to their needs. From that moment on, the buyer will have 14 days to collect the order at the chosen store.
