    The annoying part of this challenge is that you have to consume the items, not just collect them. You can only eat cabbages when your health is low, so you will need to take damage in order to eat them.

    If there aren't other players to have a nice shootout with, you can just build a ramp and fall off it, taking damage when you hit the ground, then eating the items. It's a reasonably risky endeavor, however, as if another player stumbled upon you they wouldn't give you time to finish eating your stuffed items before taking you out.
