However, when they leave you end up with a swollen face and looking worse for wear.
The only way to get rid of this horrible appearance and improve yourself is to find medication. At first, you might think you need to talk to Tom Nook, Timmy, or Tommy on the island for help. However, you don't have to talk to them. You want to locate one of the other residents of the other island to receive help from them.
Speaking to them for the first time, they will panic about your current condition and want to help you. Although the resident has no medication on it, they will give you a medication recipe. Now all you need to do is get the materials yourself to craft them and protect your face from further attacks like this in the future. Take the recipe from your inventory and learn it. To create the medicine, you will need a wasp nest and three tufts of weeds. You can go back to where the wasp hive stung you to grab this, and you can pick up patches of grass scattered all over your island.
When another wasp hive stings or injures you in the future, make sure you have supplies or medicine with you to fix it. It is never a bad item to have readily available.
