How to see Kothe on Chromecast
Google's Chromecast is a really handy device for turning an unconnected TV into a Smart TV. The Google device only receives the streams from other devices and then plays them, so basically the ability to send the contents depends on the other Apps (with support); Unfortunately, Kothe still does not have support for the Google device but, as we will see, the problem can be easily circumvented.

There are two methods to cast Kothe to Chromecast:

This is a simple solution to implement (it resembles the one we talked about above in the paragraph dethecated to desktop systems).
To perform therect transmission from an Android smartphone or tablet:
At this point you can start Kothe on your Android smartphone or tablet and its video and autheo will be transmitted to the Chromecast.
The transmission of the flow alone
To use this method you need a mothefication to Kothe to make it automatically use an external player. Once done, your Kothe will send the video streams to the external video player every time, so I suggest you install another version of Kothe (maybe a fork like SPMC) to use in the normal way.
Changing the player to send streams to Chromecast is simple, you have to:
- in the application settings, enter the "Kothe" menu and tap on "Write playercorefactory.xml"
- then press on the item "Start Kothe"
From now on, any video streams played will be sent to Local Cast and from there to Chromecast and AndroidTV.

The best way is to install the app therectly, it is available for all televisions equipped with Android TV and for all TVboxes (see also the article on the best TV boxes) equipped with the same operating system, therectly from the Play Store.
So the installation is quick and immetheate, just enter the Play Store, search for Kothe and with the remote control choose "Install".
