Spelunky Update 1.13 patch notes
- Prevent animals from entering through closed doors.
- Fixed a crash when an animal touches a specific closed world door.
- Fixed the icons of the "Start with bots" and "Quick select" buttons on the keyboard
- Fixed path getting stuck in a certain tide level when playing co-op with a dead player
- The brackets should again fit easily into the spaces
- Fixed single space taming animation
- Fixed some interactions that prevented the overflight of Vlad's Cape from triggering correctly
- Fixed an issue where a certain Veteran Hunter would miss a crucial shot
- Olmec bombs will no longer appear in a way that ends up on his head
- Fixed infinite jetpack fuel when brushing against the corner of the field in flight
- Entities thrown with the caster's mitt will now lose their flying effect on contact with shields.
- Fixed a bug where high speed entities could pass through shields
- Fixed unintentional acceleration when brushing against the corner of the field while pressing the jump button after stomping on a monster
- Fixed an issue with descending above certain floors (falling from platforms, conveyor belts, elevators, etc.)
- Fixed an issue with blocks pushing on some floor slabs (conveyor belts, falling platforms, etc.)
- Fixed multiple damage when thrown against a nearby wall by a Vendor, NPC, or Yeti
- Treasures coming out of jars and chests can now be whipped a little earlier
- The hard boss will now prioritize the attack animation over the damaged one
- Cold lavamanders no longer burn the strings
- "Celeritas" now has priority over "Major"
- The hitbox was slightly higher so that arrows and some enemies could be counterbalanced
- Cleaned up a LISE sprite
- Slowdowns and stutters bypassed when some USB devices were plugged in
These patch notes are taken from the latest Steam update for Spelunky 2, which landed a day before the release of PS1.13 patch 4. We can assume that both updates contain the same fixes as PS4 updates tend to take a bit longer than Steam fixes due to Sony's certification process.
