Each build listed here is already researched and can be found in PoE Vault. I will include the description of each build here, but it is strongly advised that you check the fuller explanation for each individually, on their website.
With that said and done, let's take a look through some of the best and strongest versions of Echoes of the Atlas, right now.
1. Elemental Deathstroke
Created by a fairly big name in the PoE arena, Furty, we're starting this list with a setup that's in its prime right now, due to new changes to Ascendancy and the addition of Trinity. This automatically makes the build, not user-friendly per se, as you need to at least have a good understanding of how to progress from PoE. Having said that, it is a very solid version that can be upgraded constantly, having the necessary resources. Its damage is just as powerful at cleaning up maps and bosses, so you can't go wrong.
Tip: For the building to shine, you'll need to spend quite a bit of resources to reach the end of the game, so be sure to save. In addition, due to the fragility of the construction itself, it is highly dependent on the skill of the player.
2. Cyclone launched on Critical Ice Nova
Have you ever wondered what it felt like to browse through content like a tornado (literally)? Well we have the perfect version for you. Huge damage, good moves, strong defenses, and loads of flying bodies, there's no building right now that can seem as exhilarating as this one. Being a fan of the Diablo series as well, this is one of my personal favorites because of the “Whirlwind Barbarian” vibe it has. A rendezvous for players who like to go fast and which is actually quite beginner friendly.
Tip: A very balanced build, but can be soft at times, so make sure you position yourself well at Bosses.
3. Zombiemancer Baron Raise Zombie
While there are indeed more powerful “minion” builds, this is my favorite because of how it looks like a summoner. Wraiths in general may have better potential for an endgame setup, but nothing beats good ol 'undead and skeletons. Don't take it on the bad side though, this version is actually really strong, worthy of cleaning up all the content the game has to offer, being pretty straightforward as well. The only downside is that it does need certain items to really shine and it's not for everyone as you'll be spending most of the time watching your little friends wreak havoc, rather than doing anything. . Either way, if you want to feel like a Lord of the Dead, be sure to try out this awesome setup.
Tip: When you hit the endgame content, you might need to optimize a few things in your kit. Do not hesitate to consult the guide itself for more details
4. Ultimate Tornado Shot Deadeye "Like the Wind"
My construction of choice "pew-pew", this one is simple. Take a bow, insert "Tornado Shot" and go crazy. Easily one of the fastest releases out there right now, but it takes a lot of dedication to run effectively, especially in endgame content. Please also note that this one isn't a great one. choices for bosses, so you'll need to tweak several things if necessary. Regardless of all this, if you optimize your gear and skills, the end result will be almost disgusting, with how quickly you get through challenges and maps.
Tip: Make sure you commit and invest a lot in Tornado Shot, as that is the bread and butter of your entire kit.
5. Storm Brand Elementalist
In concluding this brief list, we have perhaps the best all-rounder around. Storm Brand has recently received quite a bit of edits and nerfs, but that hasn't stopped it from being the cornerstone of a great build. It is also a well-suited choice for beginners, as it can do just about anything, with little effort. Once you start clearing endgame content, the specific setup needs to be changed to something more critical, in order to make up for the lack of massive damage. The details on the website can guide you through this process.
Tip: Don't overlook Lightning Spite Trap, as this is the key to your unique target DPS.
That's it for now, as far as this list goes, but remember that PoE offers an almost limitless number of possibilities, when it comes to how you can do your builds. Even if you don't find one here that piques your interest, feel free to experiment for yourself or check the website for a plethora of other setups. The ones here are just a few of them that have proven to be very effective for the running League, so they can serve as a basis for the progression of the current season.
Stay tuned for more to come, because Echoes of the Atlas Has just started!
