Valorant is the next competitive first person shooter from Riot Games. Riot Games is the developer of League of Legends, and they're breaking away from the MOBA scene to try their hand at the FPS genre. Valorant will be released sometime in the summer of 2020, but we don't have an exact date yet. Can we expect it to come to mobile devices?
At the time, Valorant was only set up for release on PC, for now. We don't have specific details if the company plans to convert the playstyle and game settings on Android or iPhone devices. The same goes for consoles. With Valorant being a recently announced game, it's understandable that Riot Games is taking its time to bring it to all platforms.

The future remains fluid, however, and players can expect to see more titles from Riot Games on mobile, such as Legends of Runeterra and Teamfight Tactics. Depending on how these titles are received in the mobile market, this may dictate whether Valorant could come to mobile, but it would be a complicated process to do.
Valorant is an intense FPS game, similar to CS: GO, where two teams of five players compete in best of 24 rounds matches. The characters in the game have a wide variety of abilities, increasing their role in a fight, and each team has an income savings that determines what they can and cannot buy for each turn. It would be difficult to transfer a faithful form to mobile devices to keep it as intense and competitive as if it were on a console or a PC.

For now, this is for the moment a PC version only. We'll probably learn more in the future when Riot Games officially launches the game. We are awaiting more information as the game gains popularity, the competitive scene gains ground, and Riot Games receives community feedback on the initial release and game mechanics.
We can expect plenty of new updates on Valorant's maps, abilities, weapons, and update schedule from the future. It will be released on PC in the summer of 2020.
