To install Windows 11, your PC must meet these minimum requirements:
- Processor: 64-bit, at least 1GHz, with at least two cores and belonging to the list of compatible processors;
- RAM: 4GB almene;
- Archiving: at least 64GB of available space;
- Graphic card: compatible with DirectX 12 or later, with a WDDM 2.0 driver;
- firmware: UEFI compatible with Secure Boot;

- Display: at least 720p, 9 ”or higher, with 8 bits per color channel;
How to install Windows 11 by joining the Windows Insider Program
Once you have ascertained that your PC meets the hardware requirements, you can proceed to enroll in the program that allows you to access the beta versions of Windows 11. To proceed, you must:
- Register your Microsoft account with the Windows Insider Program visiting this page;
- Make sure you have enabled the Optional diagnostic data option in Settings> Privacy> Feedback and diagnostics;
- Go to Settings> Update and security> Windows Insider Program;
- Select the "Start" button, after which the words "Select an account to start" will be shown, and press the + sign to connect the Microsoft account with which you registered in the first point;
- Follow the instructions and choose the channel through which to receive the Preview version: you can find out all the information of the various channels by visiting the dedicated Microsoft page. Windows 11 is currently available in the Developer Channel and Beta Channel;
- Confirm the privacy policy and conditions, then restart the device to complete the configuration;
- Go to Settings> Update and security> Windows Update and check for updates to be able to download and install Windows 11. It will look like a normal Windows update.
Once the update is complete, you can finally explore the beta of Windows 11, the next operating system from Microsoft completely redesigned and packed with new features.
