As with any other electronic device, it happens that even Samsung's true wireless headphones have problems and are no longer detectable by the companion application. We are referring in particular to Samsung Galaxy Buds, Buds + and Buds Live, for which there are however some procedures that seem to solve the problem.
The problem seems to occur more often if you don't use the headphones for a few days, with the risk of finding yourself in a situation where they no longer turn on. Removing them from the charging case and re-inserting them doesn't seem to show any signs of life and the app often reports that there is no charge left.
If both earbuds are "dead", the charge level in the case doesn't show up either, but fortunately there is a way to get everything working again. It takes a lot of patience, but from testing done by fellow XDA Developers, it looks like the chances of getting your headphones working again are very high.
First make sure the case is charged, the LED should be green if the remaining battery is sufficient, otherwise plug it into a charging socket. If one of the two headsets is working, check that it is charged, preferably 100%, and take it out of the case. If both do not work or are not detected, choose one for the "resuscitation" procedure and then repeat with the second.
Insert the non-working handset into the case without reclosing it, verifying that the LED changes from red, indicating charging, to green, indicating full charge within a few seconds. Repeat this operation several times, until the light remains red, removing and reinserting the offending earpiece each time.
The operation may need to be repeated several times, even 25-50 in the worst case. However, at a certain point, the LED will stay red and the app will report your headset, with a 1% charge. Just let it charge to 100% and if necessary repeat the procedure with the second handset, to get them both working again.
If the procedure does not solve the problem, it may be useful to cancel the pairing with the smartphone and leave the headset charging for at least an hour, or try a hard reset, opening the case and holding down the button on the headset until the red light starts to turn on. flashing.
If even these solutions fail to get your headset working again, all you have to do is contact an authorized service center for repair or replacement.
