You don't want to die in the middle of nowhere, and it's very possible in Ghost Recon Breakpoint. One vital skill you're going to want to learn quickly is healing yourself. There are many ways to do this and the fastest way to wait for your health to regenerate. However, in the midst of a fight, you might not have a chance to do so and you need to act quickly.
How to heal in Ghost Recon breakpoint
You have two ways to heal yourself from Ghost Recon Breakpoint. If you are immediately damaged, you will need to treat yourself with a syringe. To do this, you must have it in your inventory. You can change this by going to your main menu and going to your loading screen. In the loading screen, you have six slots at the bottom left for your quick access menu items. In the last three items, replace one of your support items with the syringe. The syringe allows you to heal all of your lost health, including any injuries you may have. It's fast, efficient, and brings you back to the fight to keep yourself from dying.

The syringe is a quick-use product. You will stab yourself and instantly regain your health. You're going to want to keep this on hand if you're expecting to enter a massive outpost or problem area.
However, if you are not in immediate danger and have a minor or serious injury, you will want to use the first aid kit. You are going to have unlimited uses in your inventory. You will have access to it with your quick access menu. It should be the bottom middle option and it looks like a red and white shell. You're going to enter an animation when you use it, so again make sure you're in a safe place.
You can increase the number of syringes you can carry and their quality by viewing the Assault skill tree, which you can reference in the Skill Tree menu. They are called "healing pockets".
That's all you need to know about healing. You will notice that when you bandage the damaged body after suffering a minor or severe injury, the wounds are still bloody. To remove them, head to a bivouac and rest. You are going to have the ability to remove bullets from your wounds and you watch your character do it from a cool animation.
