Control the movement
Movement speed is essential Escape from Tarkov because moving faster generates extra sound and sprinting drains stamina. You need to know when it is safe to run, and keep in mind that it's usually best to slow down if you avoid revealing your location.
Pressing Left shift allows you to sprint at maximum speed, but uses endurance.
Pressing C while sprinting allows you to glide, which can make you move quickly with a low profile, but it is a dangerous maneuver because it is imprecise and generates noise.
You can increase your speed gradually by using Mousewheel Upand decrease it using Mouse wheel down.
Pressing caps Lock rocking walking, changing your movement to minimum speed.
Positioning control
Moving Escape from Tarkov is a skill. You can take three important positions with small steps between them, and you can step away and bend over to have even more control over your character.
Pressing C places you in a squatting position, and pushing X sets you in a supine position. Taking C, you can use the Mouse wheel to cycle through positions between prone, crouch, and standing to take advantage of cover or make it harder to hit.
Pressing Q et E allows you to lean left and right, which is extremely useful when shooting open. While carrying Left alt et A ou re lets you control how far you lean if you don't want to see all the way.
Likewise, the holding Left alt et Q ou E will allow you to walk around, which moves your entire body, unlike leaning. It is generally safer to lean rather than round in most situations.
Gun control
Escape from Tarkov gives you plenty of options to manage your weapons, similar to movement. It's more than clicking to shoot in Escape from Tarkov. You need to master a relatively complex set of controls to get the most out of combat.
Pressing Left alt and T will allow you to check your gun's magazine to see if you have ammo, Left Shift and T will check the room to make sure a tower is loaded. This is important because you often collect weapons during matches and you won't know if they are loaded when you collect them.
Pressing B changes the firing mode on weapons that have multiple functions.
Pressing R once reloaded, but double taping will quickly reload by launching your current magazine.
For weapons with variable range, you can use Page Up ou Footer to adjust your views.
For weapons with different accessories, use Left Ctrl and T to switch between them.
Pressing Other while aiming allows you to hold your breath to stabilize your aim.
