What was supposed to be a fun day for The Division 2 community has turned into a nightmare as players are hit with Echo 07 error codes when trying to log into the game. Instead of being able to log in, they simply receive the Echo 07 error message and are disconnected from the server. The good news is that Ubisoft is aware of the issues, but the bad news is that they haven't been able to fix the issue yet.
The Division 2 on Twitter
We have made further improvements and we are seeing more players being able to log in. While this is good news, of course we will continue to monitor the situation. Thank you for your patience! Latest updates here>
According to Ubisoft, the issue is sort of related to player profiles, and a few hours ago they made changes to the backend related to player profiles that fixed connection issues for some players. They have indicated that they are looking for a permanent solution to the problem and will continue to monitor the situation over the next few hours.
For now, all you can do is keep an eye on the Division 2 Twitter account for updates and try to log in every now and then to see if the issues are resolved for you. Unfortunately, Ubisoft not being able to fix the issue for everyone implies that it is either an issue that needs to be fixed in batches, or it is an issue with no obvious causes, and they are not sure how to fix it. they apply is portion.
It looks a lot worse than it is, and that's just the nature of live service games because sometimes things go wrong and they can take a while to find and fix. Like we said before, just hold on until Ubisoft manages to fix the issues, as there isn't much you can do on your end.
