Destiny 2 - Season of the Worthy: Guide to Fixing Patches

User interface fixes and changes

  • Items should now be correctly displayed in collections.
  • Players should now receive a "Fireteam Chat Not Available" message when Steam is stopped.
  • Tracking a chase should no longer ignore the release icon.
  • The correct icons should now appear during the "The Other Side" mission.
  • Open Fireteam locations should no longer display after rejecting the activity selection.
  • A placeholder tooltip should no longer appear in orbit.
  • Graphics corruption should no longer occur when navigating to the Seasons screen.
  • Rank 50 toasts should no longer display overlapping numbers.
  • The post-purchase animation should now be displayed correctly aligned.
  • Launch Overlay should now disappear when entering the quest screen.
  • The console settings UI screen layouts should now match the PC experience to allow for future updates.
    • Once tuned, parameters that use the carousel selection method can now be navigated with the directional pad.
  • A "favorite" indicator has been added above the player's preferred finish icon.
  • Game hint text has been added to loading screens.
  • Console gamers can now choose one of seven different colors for the reticle, matching the PC experience.
  • Completion status has been added to the Season Pass bonuses.
  • Categories are now added to the quest screen.
    • The Quest screen adds the following categories: New Light, All Quests, Shadowkeep, Seasonal, Playlists, Exotics, and The Past.
      • If there are no active New Light quests in a character's inventory, this category will be hidden.
  • When there are new quest items available, the Quest tab should display a shine animation which can be removed by hovering over the new quest item (s).
  • Comma separators have been added to the Glimmer account in the loot stream.
  • Players can now use the Left / Right buttons to change teams on the Private PvP match launch screen.
  • Players can now see which seasons they own by viewing the Season Rank tooltip in the Seasons screen.

Performance: quality of life and bug fixes

  • Le Triomphe du Creuset,, now requires 10 weekly challenges to complete.
  • Additional bounties from vendors Vanguard, Crucible, and Gambit should now advance their corresponding daily triumphs; ,, and.
  • The Triumph should progress correctly, for players who have found all 30 Ascendant Chests in Dream City during the three Curse Weeks and have claimed the corresponding Triumphs.
  • "Earned as you progress" mods should now correctly display as unlocked in all categories of collections.
  • The duplicate The Triomphe entry has been removed.
  • The Triumph should now progress and end correctly from Black Talon kills, instead of kills made with Lord of Wolves.
  • The Abandoned Triumph,, can now be obtained by killing the Rifleman or by completing the corresponding Adventure mission.

Rewards





  • Warlock Exotic "Transversive Steps" sound effects should only trigger when a player has spare ammo for their current weapon.
  • Black Armory blueprints can now be dismantled and should remove a single blueprint from the stack per dismantle.
  • Playing with Clan mates should no longer hinder a player's progress in obtaining the MIDA Catalyst, and drop rates have been adjusted and should now scale correctly with the Clan's "Catalyst Seeker" bonus bonus.
    • Added drop chance for victories at glory rank 3 Fabled (5% without clan bonus or 10% with clan bonus).
    • Chances of winning Glory Rank 4 Mythic have been increased (5%> 10% without clan bonus or 10%> 30% with clan bonus).
    • A drop is now guaranteed for any victory in Glory Rank 5 Legend.
  • The Good Good Good Gambit Invasion Medal Triumph now has an icon.
  • The Prime Harmonization buff should now appear for all new characters when they reach 900 Power, even if a previous character has been removed.
  • Tess Everis should no longer present an empty Solstice of Heroes gift screen.

World

  • The Rifleman will no longer occasionally disappear during the boss fight and end the mission prematurely.
  • The Crucible quest step "Forging the Broadsword - The Constant" now instructs players to complete Crounting Daily Bounties.
  • The Malfeasance Exotic quest no longer requires players to own the Forsaken expansion.
    • Players who pick up the Intro Malfeasance New Light quest should now receive the quest step "Darkness In the Light" after killing the Primeval boss of the Ascendant Servant.
  • Players should now be able to correctly place the Tribute Banner to open the Tribute Hall doors and effectively complete the intro quest "The Tribute Hall".
  • The final boss fight in the Garden of Salvation Raid should have improved his performance.
  • Players should no longer be able to send other players back to Orbit during Crucible matches by repeatedly performing Titan Bubbles and Warlock Wells of Radiance.
  • Players should no longer have to wait for others to charge when making their way to the tower.

Steam



  • Music volume should be read immediately rather than after the Bungie start screen.
  • Slow load times for some PC users when the game was out of play should now be fixed.

General

  • The Storybook Pages are now visible to players who earned them, and acquiring the Bastion Exotic Weapon should unlock all Pages.
  • Dawning 2019 gifts are now safe to throw away.
  • Dawning Exotic Sparrow's Pursuit can no longer be acquired from Eva's Abandoned Quest section during other events.
  • Gambit Melee and Crucible Kills Bounties should now correctly count melee projectile abilities like Heavenly Fire, Ball Lightning, and Throwing Knife.
