You have four different choices for choosing a class of Ghost Recon Breakpoint. The four classes vary in terms of fighting style and can be used by anyone in a group. However, some of them are better suited for group games. Here's what the classes are in the game and what they can do.

The classes in Ghost Recon Breakpoint and what they do

Assault

You are the front of the group. The face, but a massive gun is aimed at you in the face. You are going to wipe out your enemies and not go the underhanded or cautious path. You want to talk loudly about killing your enemies because avoiding them is not your style. You want to hit them faster and harder. You can do this with your full weapon arrangement. Your favorite picks will be Assault Rifles and Shotguns, which means you love to be up close.



  • Class technique: reduced recoil and resistance to damage. Kills heals and prolongs the duration
  • Class Item: Gas Grenade - Throw an AoE device to damage enemies over time.
  • You will have more health.
  • You earn a bonus with assault rifles and shotguns

The field doctor

You will find this course to be very useful if you are going to be in the middle of a group. If one of your teammates falls, it's up to you to rush to them and get them back. That's not to say you can't be lethal when playing solo. You are always going to have the chance to resuscitate yourself if you break down. If you want to stay stealthy, you can transport bodies and hide them before anyone notices.



  • Class Technique: Healing Drone - Restores and revives friendly teammates.
  • Class Item: Medkit - Device that can be deployed by hand to heal wounds and gain health.
  • You are better at relaunching.
  • You can transport bodies faster.
  • You can relive yourself.

The Panther

You are the definition of stealth. You will sneak up on your enemies and surprise them before they know what to do with you. Take them out quickly and efficiently in absolute silence. You will probably lead the party into the heavily guarded compound, taking out enemies to the left and right. You are going to find that the shadows are your friends and they never divulge your location unless you want to.

  • Technical Class: Cape and Run - Disappear behind a smokescreen.
  • Class Item: Camouflage Spray - You will become invisible to drones.
  • You gain a stealth bonus.
  • You have a faster movement speed.
  • Your suppressors on handguns and submachine guns do not take reduced damage.

The sniper

The jam is long lasting. You will find yourself depending on mountains, hills and sniper rifles to take down your enemies one by one. If you're smart, you can take out a single enemy that has strayed too far from the group without anyone knowing. While sniper rifles are your ideal choice, it's not a bad idea to carry an assault rifle or submachine gun to support yourself when engaging the enemy.


  • Class Technique: Armor Buster - high penetrating bullets with bonus damage and muzzle velocity.
  • Class Item: Sensor Launcher - Marks enemies over a large area.
  • You can hold your breath longer by looking down.
  • You have a bonus for sniper rifles and DMRs.
