Do I need PSVR to play Marvel's Iron Man VR?

It will be a disappointing answer for anyone who wants to play the game but does not have a VR kit. Marvel's Iron Man VR has always been touted as a VR-only title, so there's no reason to suspect it to be playable with a normal PlayStation 4 controller.
As for whether you can play Marvel's Iron Man VR alongside other VR kits, the only VR kit you can use is the PlayStation VR (PSVR). We know this because the PlayStation in-game Store List spells out a lot.
