Ellis and Bullet are deep by this point in the Blair Witch. They've had a few clashes with pale, translucent monsters, and Ellis begins to question reality. He has more questions after trying to meet his friend, but the two are unable to do so. Shortly after, Ellis finds his friend's sheriff's police car. But the police sheriff is nowhere to be found. Ellis has to change the car's fuses for the headlights to work. Here is how you do it.
Blair Witch's puzzle
Start the puzzle
First you need to access the car. When you try to open the driver's side door, you are going to find it locked. Take a few steps around the vehicle and wait for Bullet to bark. Go to him or find him near you and he should have the keys to the car. You can also give him a pet to find the keys.
Now you can use these to open the door. Once inside, you will try to start the car, but you will find that the battery is dead. Look to the driver's side and open the front latch to allow you to open the hood. Before leaving the car to open the hood, turn left to grab the fuse panel sheet and police report on the passenger seat. You're going to need both. The former is for the puzzle, while the latter is for the important game things later for you to have later.
Exit on the driver's side and walk forward to open the hood. Ellis will lift it up and reconnect the vehicle's battery. Now you can move on to the puzzle, which you need to return to the driver's seat to do. Once there, a fuse panel should open at the bottom left. Pull it up and you should have 10 fuse panels with the fuse panel foil on your right.
Turn on the front lights
Before you start looking at the left side of the fuse panel, you need to refer to the fuse panel sheet on your right. Your current goal is to turn on the headlights. You just want to focus and have positive fuses for the seventh and ninth panels. You need people to have positive ones, and their number to be greater than 20.
Referring to the fuse panel, you can see that the seventh panel has a dead fuse, while the ninth has a positive. Also, it's already a 20, so you don't have to do anything about it. Go down to the seventh panel and extract the one that is dead. Among the fuses available, the sixth panel is the only one with a positive 20 fuse. Remove the fuse from this panel and place it on the seventh location.
When you do that, Ellis should tell you it's okay and you can now turn on the vehicle's headlights to continue. Blair Witch.
