1. Use an object as a support
It is possible to use a big clip-notes, and a small one (you know those big clips, with two articulated bars). Take the small pliers, fold their arms on the open side, then pinch their arms with the large pliers. Result: excellent makeshift support!

2. Make your smartphone waterproof
If you don't have a waterproof smartphone, water is an enemy. But, it is still possible to protect your smartphone with a simple trick, if you are going to the beach, near a swimming pool, or planning to be exposed to the elements. The freezer bags that we use to protect our food are perfect for that. They have the merit of being completely hermetic, in other words, they do not allow air or water to pass through. We will not advise you to do that and then dive into the pool with your smartphone, however, when you are at the water's edge, it can be a good way to protect it from splashes.
3. Boost the speaker sound with a cup or glass
Your Bluetooth speaker has run out of battery, you don't have your charger and the evening is not over yet? Don't panic, there is an unstoppable way to boost the sound of your smartphone speaker, simply by placing it in a glass or a cup (clean, preferably!). Well that might not work if you have a Galaxy Note 4 or a phablet (although you could always try with a bowl!). On the other hand, if you manage to fit your phone into the glass, then the resonance will boost the sound from the speaker.
4. Charge your smartphone when you don't have a charger with you
Are you at a hotel or with friends, forgot your charger and only have 10% battery left? Don't panic, all you need to do is use a TV, stereo, router or any device with a USB socket. Most modern TVs, for example, offer at least a USB port initially intended to connect a hard disk but you can also connect your Android smartphone to it.
Of course you will still need a cable - which will probably be less of a problem if your smartphone is USB Type C compatible: then it is likely that someone has the right cable around you!
5. Use your smartphone as a bedside lamp
Use the LED flash on your smartphone as a flashlight to light up your lock or look for your keys in your bag when you get home late, we all did it but did you know that it was also possible to use it as a real flashlight? bedside - for example when you are at a campsite? It's silly but it works. All you have to do is lay the smartphone face down on the table, the flash on, then place a bottle filled with water on the LED flash. The light produced will then diffuse. Just remember to close the bottle cap.
6. Use your smartphone as a wallet or card holder
You go to a concert with your hands in your pockets with only your keys and your smartphone and of course your bank card and a few tickets, just to buy yourself something to eat or drink and bring back some souvenirs. Why not protect them by placing them directly in your smartphone case ? At least you will be sure not to lose them.
7. Use airplane mode to charge faster
We all know what airplane mode is, but we never use it, except on an airplane of course. Still, this option can be very useful when you are in a hurry. Imagine that you have a very important date and 15 minutes before you leave you realize that you need to charge your phone. Switch it to airplane mode while charging, it will then charge 20% faster.
