Hello. First of all, I hope you are well. I paid for the App for life. Lately I’m having problems with the application, because after a while of being using it, it hangs and does not leave anything of what I had worked, having to start from scratch. I have thought about uninstalling and reinstalling it, but I don’t know if it would keep the Pro functions and if uninstalling it would delete the templates I have already created. I’m waiting for your instructions. Thank you.
Excellent app, I bought the lifetime version and I thought that it could have more resources, it would be good to add more vectors, templates, fonts, stickers, things like that, since there are very few, otherwise everything is very good, I liked the update that they did to the handling of the layers, before it was very cumbersome to work them, if you can contact me I can donate packs of fonts, templates and vectors to add to the app since they are too heavy to upload manually.
I like it, but to get the best out of it, you have to be premium, it has served me and has many special lyrics, good edits, I think that if your job is to edit this easy and simple enough, if its use is occasional serves to get you out of trouble. I have used it 5 times and I liked it.

The truth is I am premium and it would be nice if you add more posters, spreadsheets, type of writing fonts, plus let the possibility of creating your own spreadsheets and nothing to prevent, add real animal stikers, I love lions and want to use them, but real animals, not animated.
At first I was disappointed to learn that there were things I had to pay for and always the prettiest ones, but the 5 stars because they have the option to see an ad and let you use the premium stuff! A great goal!
Very good app for designing posters or covers. The bad thing is that it does not allow you to save your work for later modifications.

I’ve been using Canva for more than a year and it was always great but since the update the png files are loaded with black background, the text boxes disappear when you delete what is written and does not let you edit it, plus I get errors every time and when I download a file it is almost always different from the one I save in the app 🙁 I hope you can improve it soon because it is a super useful tool but that does not make you want to pay the subscription.
It is the first time I use an editor of this type, it is simple, intuitive, with large collections of styles, tools, everything you need and more to stand out visually. I can say that I do not need to look for any option, at least until now it has been a satisfactory experience when using this app. Very good for the team that designed it. Great job. ð

This application is excellent, the multiple options it offers and diverse tools, allow to have as limit only the creativity. I bought (subscribed) to the application immediately I tried it, and I do not regret it. Just a note to the creators: When saving as an image, add options such as *.png* to be able to use invisible layers.
I’m a premium customer and I like the app, the only thing you need is to give you the option to save without background because sometimes I need to make images and then mount on a new one, so please add that I will give 5 stars.
Of all the ones I’ve tried this one I didn’t like…. I LOVE IT! You can put custom stickers, images from your gallery, text, backgrounds, you can save it as a video! It looks great, I recommend it ð
