One of the most exciting modes in PUBG Mobile, Payload Mode, returns in Update 1.0 with many cool additions and improvements. PUBG Mobile announced the Payload 2.0 mode via the Patch 1.0 patch notes, and now, according to clues left by officials on the social media handles, the mode will make an official entry into the game soon.
PUBG Mobile teased the Payload 2.0 mode by tweeting the sketches of the new armed helicopter and pickup that will be available in the mode. You can view the sketches here:
Payload Mode 2.0 release date
At this time, the exact release date of payload mode has not been announced, but is expected to arrive in the second half of October 2020. We'll update the page once PUBG Mobile announces the official release date.
Features of Payload Mode 2.0
Here is the list of the latest additions to it:
- Fully armed vehicles including the new armed helicopter, UAZ, Dacia, Buggy and Pickup that will provide massive firepower to squads.
- New Super Weapon crates to gain heavy weapons and new powerful items after destroying the base.
- Advanced communication towers that will allow players to call back their defeated teammates.
- New weapons, including an AT4-A laser-guided missile and an M202 four-barrel rocket launcher.
- UAV controller, portable radar, bomb suit as additional items.
