The trickier part is just figuring out exactly what these achievements / trophies want from you - they all have vague descriptions, usually revolving around something in the step you need to complete. There are simple achievements / trophies to find all the collectibles, and then there are some weird little activities that you will have to complete - like smashing some statues, delivering packages, or wearing hats at different times.
Not really easy when monsters from your nightmares are stalking you. While we don't have all of the collectibles listed here, you'll find full guides for all of them in the links below.

Achievements and trophies

What do I look like: Put on the Agent Hat you unlock after completing the game.
In the palm of my hand: Hold six (your friend's) hands for six minutes.
Twenty six: Calling Six 26 times the total in a game. Only works when present.
Prime Time Content Consumer: Unlock all achievements / trophies, then replay the ending.
Chapter 1 | Achievements and trophies
Evasive Prey: Reach the house in the woods without dying to a single trap. Take it easy and replay the level if you die.
What's in the box: After entering the spooky house, open the refrigerator.
Righteous prey: Wear the raccoon trapper hat throughout the end sequence where the hunter is chasing you.
- You will find the Hunter's Hat in the house when you arrive - exit the kitchen and make your way to the foreground in the hall. Then go left to find a room with the hat. Put it on and wear it for the rest of the chapter.
Wild children: Find all of the Glitched Remains collectibles in Chapter 1. Check out the Glitched Remains Location Guide above.
Feed: Complete Chapter 1.
Chapter 2| Achievements and trophies
Arbitrator: Put on the ball hat and cross the soccer goal.
- The ball cap and soccer goal are located in the school playground before entering. The hat is on the dumpster near the locked school entrance door.
Fly for free: Collect the paper airplane from the children's room at the very start of school. This is the room filled with bunk beds. Bring it back to the window you entered the school through and throw the paper plane outside.
Bully of Bullies: During the class sequence, you will normally have to sneak around. Instead, alert them and let them chase you to the large library that you will climb up later. When it tips over and falls, it will crush them.
Merciful Feat: Right from the start, when you buy the pipe gun in a room with only one puppet child sitting in a donkey cap, don't crush it! Leave with the pipe.
Mono tones: Very late in the chapter, you will find a piano. Go back and forth on the piano keys until you get this achievement / trophy.
School children: Find all of the Glitched Remains collectibles in Chapter 2. Check out the Glitched Remains Location Guide above.
Schooled: Complete Chapter 2.
chapter 3| Achievements and trophies
True colors: The child (Six) puts on his raincoat. You can not miss it.
X best friends: In the x-ray examination room, turn on the x-ray, then hold the hand with Six behind the screen.
Toys are for children: Put on the teddy bear hat and burn the three teddy bears in the incinerator. Next to the x-ray room there is a playroom with teddy bears. The incinerator is at the bottom of the elevator at the entrance.
- The teddy bear hat is in the same room as the teddy bears. Go up to the top of the bookcase in the back right corner.
Pop corn: In the hospital hall, you will eventually gain the fuse to unlock the door on the right. After unlocking it, you will find a corn cob near a wheelchair. Take the ear of corn to the incinerator and burn it.
... and stay dead: After defeating a hand, strike it three more times with your weapon.
Objection: Outside the hallway near the sequence of grabbing mannequin hands, a scrawled eye gazes at cheese. Collect it and bring it to the hidden room of the Glitching Leftovers and throw the cheese in the hole.
- The room is located at the end of the corridor where prosthetic hands claw the locked doors. There are broken bars at the back of the room.
First of all don't hurt: After trapping the doctor in the incinerator, do not pull the switch to burn it. Just go by elevator.
Medicine Ball: While escaping from a swarm of mannequins, you will reach a room with a medicine ball. Throw it into their frozen hands.
Hunger: When you leave the hospital, use the dispenser until he stops spitting out snacks.

Hospitalized: Complete Chapter 3.
Chapter 4| Achievements and trophies
Post-industrial: In the second elevator puzzle, you will need to put on the postman's hat (check out the hat locations guide) and go down the garbage chute to the mail area. Push the large package into the letterbox marked with an eye symbol.
Unlady like: Enter the secret room with the Glitched Kid with a lady statue from the first game. Push the statue down to break it.
