During Destiny 2's Solstice of Heroes event, Eva will give us new daily bounties to complete. This will allow us to get XP to progress through the Season Pass, as well as Solstice Key Shards, which are useful items to unlock rewards earned in the European Air Zone.
The Hold Yoru Fire bounty requires us to collect captured solar power from defeated Cabal fighters while using a solar subclass. The good news is that no matter where you take on the Cabal, just make sure you have a solar subclass equipped and you'll be fine.
Now, what seems to catch some people is that the captured solar energy is a random drop from the vanquished Cabal, so you may need to take out a few before you see it fall. You don't need to pick up anything, it will automatically show on your screen when you drop it. The Sundrop also appears to be rarer than the Arc element which has already appeared in a previous bounty, although we're not sure why that could be.
The best place to grow this is on Firebase Hades in the EDZ. If you run a circuit around the area, you'll constantly encounter low-level, easy-to-kill Cabal enemies, and you'll finish it in no time. You don't need to kill the Cabal with your abilities, super, or even solar weapons. As long as you have a solar subclass equipped, the captured solar energy will potentially fall on any kill on a Cabal enemy, by any means.
Another great place to end this is in the Ice Drift on Mars. The Lost Sector of Ma'adim Underground that you can find there is filled with Cabal, and a few passages through that should complete that bounty quickly.
