Setting up your own nightclub is no easy task, especially in the chaotic world of GTA Online. Not only will you have to shell out a lot of money to get started, but you will also have to keep the money coming in to keep your business afloat.
This is the key to a club's success and there are many ways to get the cash you need and we have all of those methods here for you.
But before we get to that, it's important to note that your club comes with a user fee. These will charge you $ 1 every 750 minutes. It's not a large amount, but it's still important to make sure you're earning enough money to cover these expenses.
With that out of the way, let's move on to profitability:
Popularity of nightclubs
It is the most important thing in your nightclub; you want to make sure that your club is as popular as possible so that it attracts more customers, and therefore more money. The popularity will decrease over time, which means you'll have to watch it and make sure you don't drop it too low.
We have a breakdown of how you will make money with each popularity percentile:
Increase popularity
To increase your popularity and keep it that way, you'll want to do a few things:
Missions annexes
Completing side missions for the club will help increase your club's popularity. These require very little effort and can be completed quite easily.
Hiring
You can hire and upgrade your club staff to help maintain your popularity. Here is the staff you can hire, along with their cost:
Safe - $ 695
Staff - $ 475
Equipment upgrades - $ 1
Recruiting more staff will help reduce the rate at which you lose popularity, security helps prevent your club from being attacked (which lowers your popularity each time) and equipment upgrades allow your technicians to produce more supplies.
DJ swap
Changing the DJ you have in your club can keep things fresh and bring people back, thus creating more popularity.
Buy Marketing
You can spend money on marketing, with $ 10 earning you 000% popularity. If you want to buy your way to peak popularity, you will need to spend $ 10 in total.
Take out the vans
You'll see vans from other players' nightclubs around town, advertising to increase their popularity. You can destroy them to help your own club, but they really don't add much popularity and your time would probably be better spent on your own missions.
Trade battles
These are free-to-play activities that will have rival companies racing to secure a shipment from a random spawn location on the map. Earning these can give you increased income.
Admission fees
While this isn't the most lucrative option, it's the one you really should be doing anyway. You can set an entry fee for your club that will only apply to other entering players. Because it depends on other players coming in, it doesn't give the most results, but you still have to configure it.
Consolidate your business
This feature allows you to manage just about any business you have from one place, which can help you make your profits more lucrative.
Storage of supplies
You can keep all of your supplies from each of your businesses in the nightclub warehouse, which makes it much easier to manage everything. it can store up to 72 cases inside, for easy access and inventory.
Technicians
This is where these technicians mentioned above come in. You can hire up to five of them and they will automatically generate the supplies you need for any product. It makes your business a lot easier by having the supplies you need to run.
Here's how much it costs for each technician you hire:
- Technician - Free
- Technician - $ 141
- Technician - $ 184500
- Technician - $ 240500
- Technician - $ 312
In total, it will cost you $ 878 to hire all the technicians.
