In Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot, there is a way to gain experience without having to fight against enemies scattered around the game world. While exploring, it will be enough for you shoot while in flight (click L3) against the enemy, if it is 3 levels lower than yours, you can skip the battle and get experience points.
Example
If your team consists of Goku (Level 70), Vegeta (Level 70) and Goten (Level 65), you can skip the battle against enemies of level 62 or lower.
If, on the other hand, you happen to fight against a higher level enemy, just run away from the fight.
Defeat the red enemies
After a certain point in the story, you will unlock gods enemies with a red aura, compared to the classic ones, these will be stronger and will give you more experience points when defeated.
Red enemies can be defeated in limited quantities and will be available again once the secret boss.
Level up through the community
