The Air Buster was a formidable foe in the original version of Final Fantasy VII, and made a comeback in Final Fantasy VII Remake. This time around, you'll have the option of reducing his effectiveness, or disabling certain abilities altogether, before you even come face to face with him.
As you walk towards the Air Buster, you might come across Sector 5 jet key cards. By inserting them into nearby terminals, you can choose which components will be dropped off from the Air Buster loadout. There are six in total, and each of them can make taking Air Buster much easier, especially BBs. However, if you shoot it for the boss, you can easily miss them.
Sector 5 Reactor Key Card # 1
As soon as you enter the first lab, you'll find the Sector 5 Reactor Key Card on your left, sitting on top of a box. Get close enough and Tifa will let you know. There is a terminal on your right with which you can use the key card.

In the next lab, B7, there's another keycard on a box to your right as you enter, conveniently located near a terminal.

You can easily pass this key card if you're in a rush. When you exit B7 and go up the ramp, stop at the first landing. In the far right corner, the sector 5 reactor key card is on the ground, obscured by a few traffic cones.

In the next room, B6, you will find the next key card to your left as you enter the lab. There are a few boxes that hide it in plain sight, so walk around them to find it.

There are two cards in B5. When you enter the lab, turn immediately right. There is a key card hidden in the corner. On the left side of the room, you'll find the final key card on a desk.
Once you have all six Sector 5 Reactor Key Cards, you can bring them to any nearby terminal. However, each terminal accepts only one card. If there is a particular combat system that you want to turn off completely, nothing prevents you from visiting the terminals that you have passed through.
