The best classes to use in Destiny 2

Fate 2: New Light contains three classes, each of which has three subclasses. With a range of abilities, playstyles, and exotics in the game, it can be difficult to determine which one is best to use. In this guide, I'll go through my current setups for each class and explain why I think they're so strong right now.

Now you can quickly switch between subclasses, and you should be prepared to do so depending on the circumstances. If you perform a Nightfall strike with a unique bonus associated with a damage type, you want to use a class that uses that damage type.

The best classes to use in Destiny 2

This guide narrows down what I consider the best "overall" subclass for all classes. These are setups that you can use in any situation and won't steer you wrong. Having said that, let's take a look at the best classes in Destiny 2.

Titan

Code you missile

The missile code lets you fly through the air and deal devastating damage on impact. What makes the brilliance of this subclass uses the Insurmountable Skullfort Exotic. This helmet gives you the ability to instantly reload your melee attack when you kill an enemy with it. The Code of the Missile skill tree allows you to gain super energy for hitting enemies with your ballistic melee attack. I guess you can already see where this is going.

By using your melee attack to take out smaller groups of enemies, you will still be able to get it back. You can use it again and then repeat the cycle. You can do this under you are using your Super. Use it to then eliminate groups of more powerful enemies, then repeat the cycle. The reason this is currently my favorite subclass of Titan is just how often you can get your Super. The ballistic slam is useful in itself. Even in PvP, the ballistic melee will be fired against a group of Guardians.

In some situations, you can use code from the Juggernaut class. It takes a little longer to get your Super. However, the Super itself can be extended for a ridiculous length of time if you choose your goals well. The duration will be extended by killing enemies with it. This length makes him very useful when performing Forges, or Nightfalls, which throw huge amounts of midrange enemies at you. The Missile Code gets my vote for its destructive potential, but also for its fun to play.

Sunbreaker is a great alternative to PvE. This solar subclass can apply a strong debuff to enemies you hit with a melee attack, meaning your team will do more damage to them. This class is great in Nightfalls, Strikes, and Raiding, and adds even more heat to your damage against fearsome enemies. Hallowfire Heart is a powerful exotic of this class, as it helps you keep your melee ability charged.

warlock

Harmonization of the flame

Flame Initiation is a fantastic class for the Warlock. This subclass provides you with homing missiles with your super, healing, and any enemies killed will also extend the duration of your super. There's really only one exotic you need to run with this, the Sunbracers. This exotic increases the length of your Sun Grenades and restores melee energy when you strike an enemy with your melee. The class offers quality destructive potential and huge clear announcements with your super.

If you are lucky enough to get the Geomag stabilizers Exotic, the initiation to control can also be excellent. Super is much less effective in PvP and it can be difficult to aim, but the combination of Super Geomag and Chaos Reach in PvE can melt bosses. Geomag stabilizers also finish recharging your super when it's almost full, increase the number of times you can use it.

hunter

Path of a Thousand Cuts

Despite a recent nerf, I still think The Way of a Thousand Cups is still the best subclass for hunters. When paired with the exotic Shards of Galanor, it becomes an ultimate self-nourishment. Hitting or killing with Blade Barrage will restore super energy to you, meaning well-placed ultimates will restore most of your bar, allowing you to recover quickly. The Knife Trick melee attack hits really hard and sets enemies on fire. When you kill these enemies, your melee attack recharges faster. Blade Barrage is a solid ultimate that can take out groups of enemies or cause massive damage to bosses. The only thing you need to do is space your Supers if you and a Fireteam member are running Blade Barrage. Explosions can cause enemies to move, which means it's best to take turns throwing your Super, rather than throwing them both at the same time. Blade Barrage is also great PvP, as it allows you to melt a room of your fellow Guardians.

When it comes to downgrading bosses, you should always consider following the Sniper Path with the Nighthawk helmet. This exotic will give you a unique and powerful blow from the super golden gun that will melt an enemy's health bar. Just make sure you hit the critical hit to maximize your damage.

Finally, the Way of the Pathfinder subclass will give you access to several photos of the powerful Mobius Ultimate Quiver. This item is second to none in the game when it comes to ground control and handling of large ad groups.

Many readers should know that if you are new to the game you will not have access to all of the subclasses and will need to read them in the order they are available in the Campaign.
