How to Upgrade Any Persona, the Fast
First of all, how do you actually improve a Persona? There are 2 prerequisites. First, a Persona cannot exceed the level of your protagonist. If Joker is level 10 for example, the maximum level of a Persona will also be 10, no way to increase this limit. Then what we also need are the Persona Points. These points can be earned in battles, whenever you loot masks from enemies and "enslave" them as personalities of your choice, or whenever you free someone from your active roster. Either way, you earn Persona Points, which are used to level up other Personas.
Having said that, in order to “abuse” the mechanics of the game and progress quickly, we also need to know the following. Active Personas can be checked into the Velvet Room at short notice. A registered Persona can be summoned again, for a fee. The fees are of course increased depending on the level and statistics of the registered Persona. Finally, as you just read, you must have a lot of cash on hand, as higher level monsters need a few dollars to be summoned.
Now with all of the above said and done, let's do the actual leveling. What you need to do is free up any active people you own, which you won't be using in your game. Make sure to register them at their highest level. Right after, go to the Summon tab and simply summon the higher level Personas you have. Depending on your goal, spend and summon accordingly. If you just want to give your Persona a level or two, you don't need to call dozens. Now all those summoned creatures free them again for personality points. You see what I mean? You free the beasts, then use your money to summon them again, rinse them, and start over.
This method requires a large sum of money if you plan to level up multiple characters to their highest level, based on your max level, but it's literally the fastest way to do it. Playing the game normally and doing battles is of course something you can do too, but for the sake of efficiency I personally prefer this method here.
