Moscow
Moskov and his spear are best friends. He takes her everywhere with him, even to the supermarket. Moskov's spear is also incredibly deadly, and his equipment reflects that. For starters, her Basic Attacks will penetrate your target and deal 80% of the original damage to enemies standing behind them, while reducing the cooldown of her other abilities. Thanks to Spear of Misery, he can provide CC in the manner of stuns and a big AOE burst attack with Spear of Destruction. You have to give him time to cultivate, so he snowballs from the middle to the end of the game.
Lesley
Lesley isn't that worried about attack speed as she deals critical damage, and she has that in spades. His attacks are slower than other snipers, but as a sniper Lesley just needs a free kick. His kit is mostly about making each basic attack much stronger, whether it's through the bonus attack damage from Master of Camouflage or from Lethal Shot, his passive. Once you've purchased essential critical chance and damage items, Lesley can easily take down an enemy hero in full health.
Bruno
Bruno was once underrated as a sniper, but in reality you have to spend time with him in order to unlock what he is capable of delivering. Comparing him to, say, Granger, Bruno has most of what a great shooter needs: poke damage, stun, critical chance, and long attack range. His passive, Mecha Legs, grants an additional critical strike chance for each ability you gain, stacking up to 10 times. Practice his Flying Tackle and Bruno is a force to be reckoned with.
Make Sun-shin
Most of the heroes on this list tend to outdo Yi Sun-shin, but few can match his really fun playstyle. At first glance, Yi Sun-shin seems to be torn between melee and distance - he is both. He'll stick to his bow when picking up enemies from a distance, but if someone gets too close, Yi Sun-shin can switch to his sword, gaining additional damage with each change. Half of his abilities such as Traceless and Blood Floods benefit from weapon style change, dash, and burst damage respectively.
Hanabi
Of all the heroes on this list, Hanabi is perhaps the safest and easiest to pick up. For starters, her passive grants life steal, which overflows into a shield if she is at full health. And when it does, she's immune to crowd control. Petal Barrage grants extra life steal and bounces basic attacks from target to target, up to three times. Hanabi's ultimate, Higanbana, can be a game-changer if used when the enemy team is near. When used at the right time, it will immobilize and damage all enemy Heroes in the area.
