The box is light blue and shows the images on the sides with the description of the salient technical specifications, equipped with an opening with a tab that I personally believe is comfortable and intuitive.
Inside, the product is literally embraced by a cardboard that supports it, an unnecessary but nice and at the same time useful detail.
THEunboxing it was a rather short experience, as the product is designed to be immediately ready for installation.

Being part of the line Fritz! offered by Shopping Mall, is equipped with the classic rete Mesh WiFi all companions are provided with, in order to offer a network that is as efficient and homogeneous as possible.
La Mesh network is a big point in favor of this little one because, in addition to allowing him an instant configuration, it allows him to stay well inside a completely home automation network, a feature that is certainly appreciated today.
To a network Mesh in fact we can connect any AVM Fritz router! or other devices such as Powerline and Repeaters by configuring them in cascade!
As the name indicates, this is a repeater limited to the speed band of or below 600Mbps, which I don't think is a problem for the vast majority of users.
Finally, like all Smart products, it is compatible with the proprietary app Fritz! App WLAN from which it is possible to manage and monitor the operation of the repeater and other AVM devices.

Unfortunately, as I do not have any Fritz! Modems, I was unable to use the instant configuration let alone the Mesh network, therefore I can not expose myself on the matter.
Having a standard modem router I had to resort to the old configuration through the IP address, but in a couple of minutes theguided installation is easily completed.
There is little to say once you have seen the results who brought this device into my daily life.
Although I still have an ADSL line and although I live in a small house, my room is on the opposite side of the house from the modem, which has never allowed me a fast connection.
My workflow as a Content Creator, however, leads me to need one performing line, which is why I have equipped myself with a Powerline line for the desktop PC.

I've been using it for several weeks and have definitely come to a two-word conclusion: Reliability ed Effectiveness.
As shown by the tests carried out, I can only recommend the device, whether you are in a situation similar to mine and whether you are already equipped with other devices Fritz! but above all if home automation andIoT I am your passion.
I believe this device has saved my life and radically improved mine workflow creativo. Finally I am also able to implement the laptop that was previously unusable from his workstation.
