The submachine gun (SMG) should always find a place in your loadout, no matter what first person shooter (FPS) you're playing. They are small, nimble, and can do as much damage as the more massive weapons you can use. Plus, in a small, enclosed space, they're a lot easier to use than swinging an assault rifle, hoping you can level it before someone injures your head.

PP19 BIZON
It might have the capacity to hold as much ammo as you can carry in a single clip, but the PP19 Bizon lacks oomph and you'd better throw this weapon at your enemy instead of trying to kill them with it. . It’s useless.

The horrific recoil on the MP7 means you don't have much use for this weapon outside of close combat. AUG
The AUG is as close to an assault rifle as you can get in an SMG. It has the same shooting ability as its big brother or big sister, and it's handy enough to deal a lot of damage. UZI
Whatever you do with the UZI, don't try to use it for combat other than close or medium range combat, or you are going to look pretty silly if someone is watching you. The P90 is easily the best SMG in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. It packs a lot of ammo in a magazine, it's very easy to aim, it's light and nimble, and will do massive damage when fired. The P90 isn't bad at all like the recoil is so minimal you'll barely notice it. One for everyone who plays the game.
