- Furious Power Fist: In Swan Pond in downtown Boston. You'll get it after you clear the lake threat.
- On the northwest side of the map is the Drumlin Diner where, once the dispute with Trudy has been resolved, you can buy General Chao's Revenge.
- Good Intentions: at the ruins of Quincy. You will be taken there by the leader of the Gunner Clint.
- Grognak's Axe: Once you are able to unlock advanced locks, go to Hubris Comics in South Boston and you will find it on the first floor.
- HalluciGen Gas Grenade: At HalluciGen Inc., in the northwest part of Boston, you will be able to retrieve gas canisters from this company that will allow you to create grenades of this type.
- Jet Junk: inside the Arcjet Systems - western part of the map - during a mission of the Brotherhood of Steel.
- Kellogg .44: Kill Kellogg at Fort Hagen.
- Kremvh's tooth: in the depths of the drill area, in the northwest part of the map.
- The Fusil Terribles: inside the Libertalia captain's cabin, northeast part of the map.
- Completing the Cabot House Secret, at the Parson State Insane Asylum in the north of the city, you will receive Lorenzo's Artifact.
- Old Faithful: in the occasive part of Boston, in the Diamond City market, Arturo's home.
- Goodneighbor, east end of downtown Boston. Here you can buy the Partystarter from KL-E-0.
- Pickman's Blade: in the northeastern part of Boston siding with Pickman.
- Prototype PA77: Southeast Boston at University Point. You'll need Master skills to break into the safe that contains it.
- Completing Underground Undercover at Old North Church, northeast Boston, you'll find the Railway Rifle.
