What is Bond?

Let me start by saying this. It will take some time to increase your obligation level. It is not increased as easily as other resources in the game, for example your character level, but this is due to the huge benefits it offers. Having said that, we have to start by mentioning how you actually unlock this feature.

The Bond system and Bond skills in general are unlocked very early in the game, simply by progressing through the story. You'll know when the time is right, as the game tends to throw a myriad of tutorial menus at you, every time you do or unlock something new. Once you've activated it, you can open the Bond menu at any time, through your pause menu, by clicking on the “Bond” tab.

How to increase your bond level efficiently and quickly.

Now let's see how you can actually earn a lot of XP by leveling up. I'll start by telling you exactly what I did in my game, when I opened the Bond menu. Scroll down and go to the second from the last row, locating a certain skill called «Bondmaker». Level it twice as soon as possible because you will not be able to level it further because you do not meet the requirements. These two levels are sufficient for the moment.

With that said and done, what you need to do now are two or three things. First of all, keep playing the game and progress through the story. The reason for this is that the events of the story, when completed, yield a huge amount of Bond XP. Getting through the early stages of the game's history quickly is a great way to collect a good amount of Bond XP in no time, in order to level up some really good skills.

Something extremely obvious to even mention it, but here I'm going anyway is to keep killing any enemies you find. Once you complete a battle you still earn Bond XP, so obviously the more you fight the more XP you get, that simple.

Now let's move on to the two best ways to quickly rack up Bond XP. First, we have the request system. Queries are just side tasks / quests in the game, which you can easily follow up after a certain point in the story and complete them at your leisure. They are usually very easy to complete, with minimal effort for tasks like bringing the materials needed to cook recipes or just talking to someone somewhere. However, here is the wonderful little trick. These requests are in fact repeatable and endless. After you complete them, except for some very specific ones, you have the option of making some that are either very similar or exactly the same as last time. After doing a few, you will already have understood and complete them extremely quickly. Queries are also a good source of real player XP and various items, so there's nothing to lose by completing as much as you can.

For our second medium, we have something that can be easily missing if you don't notice it at first. It would be preparing new recipes. Every time you complete a brand new recipe you get a very generous amount of Bond XP. Not only that, but the process is so quick that you can even get a bunch of levels all at once, if you have the necessary materials and recipes. Cooking in games has never been my thing, with the likes of Final Fantasy XV and so on, but here you are actually presented with some really good rewards, well worth it.

There you have it, the best methods to collect as much Bond XP as possible. There are a ton of other features introduced in Persona 5 Strikers, like Master Arts and a new Persona leveling system, where you have to upgrade all of these features respectively, so little resource management is certainly required with this entry.
