- Save on travel expenses
You must be ready to spend a lot if you want to travel conveniently by transit point, especially if your intended destination is on the map. However, there are some tricks you can use to save some money. If you die, you can appear at the waypoint of your choice without paying anything. Eventually you will have to pay a repair bill if you rely on that particular trick too often, but otherwise it is useful and quite affordable. Another option is to enter the PVP area and travel to The Mists, where you can quickly take a warp in the city of your choice. Finally, travel within the capital cities is free, so you don’t have to cross one the old-fashioned way if you’re in a hurry.

Normally you cannot sell Silverwaste Shovel, but there is an exception to that rule. Visit the merchant at The Foundation Shores and sell the shovel. Then you can buy it back for nothing. GUILD WARS 2 LEGENDARY WEAPONS
Legendary weapons are a set of high-end weapons that have unique appearances. They have the same stats as promoted weapons, however, they also have the functionality to allow their inherent stats combo to be changed to any other stats combo when they are out of combat.
Legendary weapons are made in Mystic Forge using a precursor weapon and the gift of the legendary weapon associated with the desired end result, plus two other gifts of fortune and expertise shared by other weapons of the same generation. The first generation weapons, released in the Guild Wars 2 release, use Gift of Fortune and Gift of Mastery in their recipes, and the second generation weapons, released during the post-Heart of Thorns upgrades, use Mystic Tribute and Gift of Maguuma Mastery.
GUILD WARS 2 WEAPONS PROMOTED
All ascended weapons come with a single infusion slot when they are single-handed or out-of-hand, and two when they are two-handed or waterproof.
Processing
Promoted weapons can be made by Artificer, Huntsman and Weaponsmiths level 500. Recipes can be purchased from certain NPCs (e.g. master craftsmen) or can be obtained by opening certain containers or recipe books.
Players can also create Grandmaster Marks to trade Ascended weapons at certain suppliers. Recipes for these brands are sold on BLING-9009 and at the Ascended Weapons League vendor.
The forerunner weapons for the legendary second generation are also Ascended.

Methods of acquisition
Promoted weapons can be obtained in several ways.
Achievements
Completing certain achievements will reward players with a promoted weapon:
- Gold Fractal Master
- Primordus Weapons Collection – Personnel only. Requires Living World season 3 chapter 2 – Rising Flames to complete.
- Specialization collections: requires the corresponding elite specialization to be unlocked. Must be fully trained to complete.
- Knight of the Thorn – Requires Heart of Thorns chapter 16: Hearts and Minds to complete. Choice of dagger, great sword, scepter, shield or sword.
- It can be exchanged for a different one through Ridhais.
- The King Toad and The Storm Wizard: require the Super Adventure Box festival to be active.

Exotic weapons are weapons of exotic rarity.
Most exotic weapons have only one upgrade slot, but two-handed weapons have two upgrade slots.

Methods of acquisition
Exotic weapons can be obtained in several ways.
Elaboration
Exotic weapons can be created by Artificers, Huntsmen or Weaponsmiths of level 400 or higher.
BotÃn
Exotic weapons can be eliminated from the following sources.
- Killing any monster
- Probability of global leaders
- Completing various history missions
- Opening of any container or box that may fall Fine or superior equipment
- Missions of the Guild
- World up World rank up rewards
- PvP and WvW reward tracks
- Level rewards at levels 65, 72 and 75
- Boost Level-80 equipment package
- Mystic Forge
Certain exotic weapons can be created using certain Mystic Forge recipes.
Players can also throw four rare or exotic weapons into Mystic Forge to obtain a random exotic weapon. Weapon levels must average 60 or more.
There is about a 20% chance of getting an exotic when using four rare weapons.
- Using four exotic weapons will always be exotic.
- Throwing four of the same type of weapon will result in the same type of weapon.
- Throwing a mix of weapons will result in a random weapon in return (i.e. 3 swords + 1 baton = 1 random weapon)
- Using this method has very little chance of receiving a precursor weapon.
- You cannot receive weapons that require special recipes from Mystic Forge.
