1. Nutritional Scanner
The first application we present to you to scan food labels is the Nutritional Scanner .
The Food Scanner is a free scanner that, through its barcode reader, allows you to know the information about the ingredients of a food to eat healthy.
This application works very well if you follow a very specific diet, either to lose weight or to gain weight.
Ratings and opinions from Scanner Nutricional
This application is perfect for identifying the nutritional value of foods that I may or may not consume. I find the ingredients that were prepared by scanning the barcode, and I can also add filters such as gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, etc. Depending on my type of diet, I can find the ideal foods for me.

3. The CoCo
We’re halfway through the list of apps for reading food labels with The CoCo.
The CoCo helps you make good choices about the food products you buy by giving you simplified and scientifically reliable information about their real nutritional value.
It will allow you to consult all the nutritional information of the food products.
El CoCo rating and opinions
It’s the best application in the world and a friend recommended it to me and now I recommend it to more people to download it and it’s very good ðð since they recommended it to me I don’t stop using it and it’s very good.
Ver más comentarios👇I like it a lot, especially because of the criteria they use to evaluate it. In general the app works well. It happens that many of the products scanned don’t have scores like I would like (higher) so I wonder what would be options with higher or healthier scores. It would be good to be able to implement product suggestions, but I don’t know how feasible this is, because of the issue of brands. Anyway, the app and the whole project is very good, congratulations.
Good choice to get a culture about what to buy and what not. I would add a list of acceptable products like cookies, for example, because they’re hard to find.
This application helps you a lot with your food.

The fourth best app for reading food labels is Yuka.
In order to improve the way we consume, Yuka brings simplicity andtransparency to understand, in a click, the labels of the products.
Yuka scans food and cosmetic products to decipher their composition.
Yukaâ??s rating and opinions
I love it! Very practical. The code scanner works very well and very quickly and also allows you to access all the information about each component of the products explaining why they are harmful to your health. It also has a link to the scientific articles that prove it. It recommends products that are good and all in a very intuitive way.
Ver más comentarios👇It is very easy to use. I find it a very practical application. It is very important the information it provides about each product. I think it should be better known, it was taught to me by a friend and I am very grateful. It does not take up much space and it is frequently updated, which guarantees the information.
It’s a wonderful application! I am a fan and I use it all the time. I pass “the yucca” to the products to see if they are good, excellent or do not have high risk additives. I give it a 10 . When I subscribe you tell me the products with gluten and palm oil. I also receive mail with great recipes. I love it! Keep it up!
Useful application to check the composition of food and cosmetics. You realize that the most expensive is not always the “best”.

I am delighted with the application, it works very well, although I am slowly learning how to use it, and some things cost me, but in general it is perfect. Before I was delighted and now I donâ??t know what to put, after a lot of years with high cholesterol, in the last review it came out perfect. So, I am very happy.
Ver más comentarios👇It’s a great application to learn how to eat healthier. There are recipes for all kinds of healthy foods, and people in the community give you advice and suggestions. I think it’s a great idea to scan to see which foods are ultra processed and which are not. I think it’s great!
I love it, everything. I would put a notebook section where I could make shopping list style notes with the products. I think you can already do it in the checkout version, I don’t know yet.
I love the application, how it tells you the amount you eat, the opportunity to create a community with the same goal and moved by the same desire to care and learn together. It’s great. They also give you tips on many things. I owe a lot to realfooding! Above all because you are starting to learn how to eat from sight, smell, and above all taste!
