Good application the only thing that for what is food, you should add a comment option, for example we want to ask for some additional coda or a comment on the order to come.

I have almost never had problems with the application. In general the delivery service is good, and it gets me out of trouble. Many of the people who deliver or shop call you if they have any questions. I recommend it.

To use the app you only have to enter the delivery address to show you the closest restaurants, filter by restaurants that are open, score or to pick up and add the dishes you want. You can pay by cash, Paypal or credit/debit card and your order will arrive in minutes.

Everything ok, very fast order management. I take two stars off for not allowing a more flexible management of payment methods from the app. For example, I would like to be able to delete payment methods related to cards that have expired and I can’t.

The app is very good, it does a good job of tracking orders and it doesn’t give any problems, however there are many restaurants that don’t have it and have a balloon instead. I think the app needs to cover more establishments

Super useful. Whenever I don’t feel like cooking or hanging out with friends I pull the application. Too bad they don’t give out loyalty coupons and stuff like that because it’s those little things that would make it a 5 star rating

Remember Uber? Well, that transport company also became a delivery company. Uber definitely knew how to define and know his target audience perfectly. Excellent. I use it a lot and it works very well. Variety of restaurants, fast service, good promotions. It would be important to update the restaurants that are already closed and tell them how to mark that they do not have a product, because I see that some restaurants do and others do not.

For a long time I used the App without problems. I recently changed my cell phone and now Uber Eats does not accept credit cards (which I always used in the App) as a payment method. Terrible. There is no customer support phone and the bank that issued my card does not find any problem with it (my TC works fine, otherwise). Once my problem is solved I will re-qualify the App. For now it deserves 1 star (or less).
